Saturday, November 13, 2010 ~10a.m.-12p.m.
Rescue a fairy from the cold! Spend a morning at Seven Arrows and make a beautiful fairy house. Come alone. Come as a family. Just bring your imaginations and a pair of scissors or clippers. Instructor Heather Dunlap has lots of gathered natural items but feel free to bring a favorite feather, nut, shell etc. to please your own fairies. Heather will have small pieces of fairy furniture to show you that you could try your hand at making as well, if time allows. Materials included.
Cost: $35.00 per house includes all materials- payment due upon registration
Ages - 8 and up (ages 8-10 will need a helper as we are using a low temp glue gun throughout the project)

Learn easy, everyday skincare from long time natural product maker and esthetician, Kimberly Gallagher, using gentle, earth and body friendly products and ingredients. What you do each day at home is the key to the long-term health and youth of your skin. Learn to whip up a few easy, organic facial masks right from the pantry to the fridge! Judy, from 7 Arrows, and Kim have traded yummy and easy-to-make skin recipes for many years. Materials included.

Celtic Trees

Do you find yourself looking at trees and admiring their strength and beauty? Come join artist Heather Dunlap and learn how the art of twisting metal wires into small, magical trees. Bring a favorite piece of flat rock, geode, or clay pot to mount the sculpture. We will be using sharp tools and a strong bonding agent so not appropriate for children under age eleven. Please bring a shoebox or similar box to carry your tree home in – it will take 24 hours for the bonding to cure. Materials included.

Come spend a couple of hours this holiday weekend getting a head start on your handmade gifts of the heart for holiday giving. Instructor Dave Erwin, long time aromatherapist and friend of Seven Arrows, will share the basic principles of the art and science of blending essential oils (alchemy) into perfumes, aromatherpeutic sprays and other products that are perfect for holiday gift giving (or for keeping!)

Sunday, December 5, 2010 ~1p.m.-2:00p.m.
If you love bugs the way Heather Dunlap does, but don’t want them crawling in your house, come and twist up your own creature with Heather. You can put a friendly bug in your home or garden! They are sure to put a smile on everyone’s face. Great for families with kids who are fascinated with the creep crawly members of the natural world.

Cost: $15.00 pp – includes all materials - payment due upon registration. Ages (all - kids 9 and up)
